Dr. Garcia recieved his veterinary doctorate from the Universidad Autonomal Del Estado de Mexico in 1995. He complied with the American Veterinary Medical Association requirements through the Educational Commission of Foreign Veterinarian Graduates.

He has obtained experience in emergency and general medicine working for several local clinics, and he has a particular interest in emergency medicine, soft tissue surgery, and dentistry.

He enjoys traveling, spending time with his family and friends, and enjoying outdoor activities like scuba diving.
