Stitch Delgadillo is an adorable 12 year old male yorkie who presented to Miami Veterinary Specialists for possible seizures. After bloodwork and an abdominal Ultrasound were performed, Stitch was diagnosed with a large liver mass.

At first glance, the mass was thought to be too large to removed. An abdominal CT scan was recommended to get a better look at the mass and decide if it would be able to be surgically removed. The CT revealed a large mass encompassing his left medial liver lobe, but the rest of his liver appeared to be healthy.

It was concluded that the mass could be surgically removed and was removed successfully later that day. Stitch is now back at home with his family recovering well from surgery.
